1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 drops liquid Stevia
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour in your muffin tin (use muffin cups) or grease the pan thoroughly with coconut oil.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. You should get about 12 muffins from this recipe.
