All youll need is:
-a Popsicle mold set 
-1/2 cup peanut butter

-1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
-1/3 cup coconut milk
-1 tbsp honey

Mix in a blender, pour into the molds, and freeze overnight. Ill usually eat one to cool off after a workout!
