What I would say is obvious in the picture. "Amazing before and after weight loss" you can guess how my weight was about, mmm it was about 200lbs, those awkward moments when I tried a dress on and my abdomen looked very big because of those fats. Now Im 120lbs and im proud of my weight, at least its better than how I was in the beginning. Its also about beauty, no one can deny that people who suffer from overweight are less beautiful than slim ones. Amazing before and after weight loss.
